My lawyer at AID changed my world. I wasn't going to be able to go to college. I couldn't get medical care. Then my teacher told me about AID. My lawyer actually came to my school to meet with me, my principal, and my teacher. Thanks to AID, I have a driver's license, I have ARKids First, and I can work legally after school and on the weekends. I don't have to depend on anyone who doesn't actually care for me, because I can depend on myself—thanks mostly to AID."

How AID Works
Potential and current clients must make an appointment before coming to the office. Text your legal representative for an appointment if you are a client, or text 479-925-9095 if you are not a current client to request a consultation.
Legal Services
Most of our legal work serves survivors and is provided entirely free of charge. To keep it that way, we also take on a range of paid immigration cases—work that directly funds the help we give to people who need it most. Our team handles N-400 naturalization applications, consular processing, DACA, 601A waivers of unlawful presence, green card renewals, U-visas, VAWA petitions, T-visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and Temporary Protected Status.

Naturalization & Citizenship
Join our Citizenship Workshops to learn about naturalization and get support through every step of applying. Citizenship is the common thread that connects all Americans by shared values of freedom, liberty, and equality. By becoming a citizen, you gain a voice in how our nation is governed—a meaningful decision that carries real benefits, important responsibilities, and a chance to demonstrate your commitment to your community.

Annual Convening
The annual AID Convening was started in 2020 to strengthen the capacity, resilience, and connection of frontline service providers supporting marginalized communities across Northwest Arkansas. The convening responded to a growing desire for stronger partnerships and shared education, connection and coordinated action across the region. The 2026 AID Convening will be held on December 7th 2026.

Community Network
We’re building resilience together. We connect a centralized network of regional service providers, share information through clear, consistent protocols, and coordinate strategic advocacy as policies shift. We strengthen one another through trusted peer support and , and national expertise.

We don't measure success by cases closed — we measure it by lives changed.
Behind every case is a person who needed someone to believe them. At AID Arkansas, we show up for survivors the way we'd want someone to show up for us — with skill, with compassion, and with full commitment to their dignity and future. These are two of their stories
